Cork

Cork is the biggest county within Ireland and it’s often referred to as the Maritime Haven. It is only a three-hour journey to Cork from Dublin taking a bus or train which run frequently throughout the day. The city is only a small part of what Cork has to offer and is it surrounded by beautiful green lands, small towns and plenty of sheep! You will get lost in the small, winding streets of the city and find plenty of buskers along the way.

Cork is also part of the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way. It has some of the best beaches in Ireland along the 1100km coast lines – the perfect spot for surfers or lovers of the outdoors! While you’re on the road exploring, why not pop into a small town and experience the country living for a day. Get some lunch in the local pub and stroll around to the small shops which you only find in these towns.

So, with the choice of both city and country, what more could you want?!
