Looking for an efficient, confident and attentive person to fill the role of Housekeeping assistant in a leading five-star hotel in central Dublin.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high standard of appearances with uniform and name badge every day
  • To ensure that your main duties are complete each day with the highest standard of service and health and safety
  • Ensure that all public areas such as corridors, hallways, fire exits are cleaned and well maintained
  • The ability to maintain a clean working area in all areas of the job
  • The ability to listen and to report feedback to supervior or manager on duty
  • High level of communication through all levels of the Hotel
  • The ability to learn the different procedures for each occurrence in the Hotel


  • Experience in this field is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness through out our Hotel and in facilities throughout
  • The ability to check with the Assistant Steward or Supervisor daily for special projects to be completed.
  • The ability to set up for a range of events such as meetings, banquets, functions
  • The ability to handle cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
  • The ability to use initiative through out the day and preform daily tasks alone


  • Advanced level of English – writing, oral and reading
  • Physically competent to perform tasks

Experience and personal skills needed:

  • Fluency in German and English language essential
