Business Travel Consultant (French/English Bilingual)

You will have a working knowledge of Travel GDS System such as Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre, and will have experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar.


  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and French– role will require inbound, outbound (callbacks), and email communications.
  • Excellent telephone skills, including a professional demeanor portrayed to customers demonstrated through ability to ask probing questions, ability to communicate with sense of urgency.
  • Strong listening skills: active listening; able to appreciate the context of the business traveler’s experience
  • Ability to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with business customers

Required Skills:

  • Passion for travel / experience with travel
  • Solutions mindset to find the right solution for the customer (e.g., consultative skills), while also closing the sale and potentially up-selling the customer

Experience, Education, and Certification:

  • Min 2 years GDS experience (Amadeus (preferred), Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo or other industry-recognized platform) (required)
  • High school degree or equivalent (required)
  • Two years of customer sales or service experience (required)
  • Two years Corporate or Leisure travel industry experience with international booking experience (required)

Network Support Professional with French and English

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled front-line Phone, Email and Chat support to business customers for NAS, Switching, Routing, Wireless and Security devices
  • Must be flexible, adaptive, and able to follow and contribute to potential directional changes a dynamic business and support structure.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction, phone, productivity and other individual and team targets in the company.
  • Manage a queue of varied customer tickets bringing each to a mutually satisfactory resolution, which can also include utilizing other departments or tiers of support.
  • Adapt to the technical level of the customer in order to best facilitate effective communication of solutions or guidance in ongoing troubleshooting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent French and English, both Oral and Written.
  • A good mix of both technical knowledge and customer service skills are essential.
  • CCNA / CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential, relevant experience will be taken into consideration.
  • Experience of supporting NAS devices will be an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware/software and be fully conversant with routed TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN and other network technologies as well as the Windows operating system.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both highly technical and novice customers.

Sports Support Professional


The support professional will be responsible for taking inbound calls from prospective customers with regards to sports clothing and products, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. It is important to maintain a good knowledge of the sports environment and the latest gadgets in order to increase our customer support.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Offering customer service to end users/dealers in relation to a wide range of products
  • Answering emails from customers/dealers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Logging detailed and accurate case notes to ensure optimal assistance for customers

Experience and personal skills needed::

  • Leaving Cert or High School Education
  • Fluency in German and English essential
  • You have strong typing and PC skills
  • Software related knowledge and aptitude a plus
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic, you are very comfortable with communicating by phone and mail and you have a good writing expression.
