Technical Support Associate with English and French

French Sport Support Professional

Be part of the customer service team for the No.1 Sports brand in the world. You will have fluent French, be passionate about the product and highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service. Objective:

The support professional will be responsible for taking inbound calls from prospective customers with regards to sports clothing and products, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. It is important to maintain a good knowledge of the sports environment and the latest gadgets in order to increase our customer support.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Offering customer service to end users/dealers in relation to a wide range of products
  • Answering emails from customers/dealers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Logging detailed and accurate case notes to ensure optimal assistance for customers

Experience and personal skills needed:

  • Leaving Cert or High School Education
  • Fluency in French and English language
  • Have strong typing and PC skills
  • Software related knowledge and aptitude a plus
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic, you are very comfortable with communicating by phone and mail and you have a good writing expression.

Photography Support Professional- with German

Support Agents will handle customer inquiries in a friendly, upbeat manner whilst trying to resolve the customers query. They will have access to a variety of resources, training and support in order to develop the problem-solving skills necessary to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Support Agents will be provided on-going training and will have access to a wide variety of Photography products to use for testing and personal photography.

Objective:

The primary role of the Support Advisor is to provide first class customer support to consumers of Photography digital products.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first class customer to customers, via Phone, Email and Live Chat
  • Be part of a Support team within a Call centre
  • Achieve Company goals, such as Customer Satisfaction and Quality scores
  • Help the team achieve overall targets
  • Document customer interactions with accurate call logging

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and a good level of English would be advantageous as training is provided in English
  • Passionate about delivering good customer service, you want to solve customer problems
  • A knowledge/understanding of Photography would be an advantage but not necessary
  • A basic level of computer operating systems
  • Be able to work in a flexible manner within a changing, goal-orientated environment
  • Be a good team player, excited about working in a young, multi-lingual environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary
  • Have good time management skills

Work Exchange Advisor

Available 3 month internship position within the Work in Ireland Department of USIT.
The Work in Ireland Program facilities students of other nationalities to work and travel in Ireland on a Working Holiday Visa, providing them with the pre-departure and arrival services.

The principal responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Welcoming and advising newly arrived student participants on our programs
  • Researching new opportunities for employment, housing and partnerships
  • Managing customer service queries from program participants
  • Devising, sourcing  and participating in a program of  social events
  • Developing on line and web marketing materials for the programs
  • Expanding use of social media for internal and external promotions
  • Maintenance of all facilities in the centre and updating of all materials
  • Weekly orientation presentation to new arrivals from various countries
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of program functions and services

We are seeking a personal and positive minded candidate who has worked, volunteered or studied abroad or has travel experience

The ideal person should also have:

  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Broad experience and knowledge of Dublin
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Office/administrative skills and organisational ability
